Municipal Public Library in Opole

On August 21^st 2012, in the "Zamostek" Art Gallery discreetly hidden in renovated basements of the Municipal Public Library in Opole, took place a solemn vernissage of the photo exhibition entitled "Alaska – the beauty of wild nature" and promotion of my wildlife book entitled "National parks and wildlife refuges of Alaska". About 80-100 people came to the meeting, including vice president of the city Mr. Krzysztof Kawalko, consul of the USA Mr. Brian George, director of the Library Mrs. Elzbieta Kampa and also photography and wildlife lovers, students and regular readers of the Library. After the vernissage I had a one-hour lecture entitled "Kenai National Wildlife Refuge – Alaska in miniature" and answered questions of the guests (photo 1-6). On November 8^th 2019, this time in the Library’s Branch No. 4, took place a slideshow entitled "The Last Frontier. Life journey to Alaska". About 60-70 persons came to this meeting which was an occasion to promote my new travel book entitled "Across the wilderness of Alaska" (photo 7-12).
