Culture Center ''Ruczaj'' in Krakow
The slideshow entitled "Kenai National Wildlife Refuge – Alaska in miniature" was held on October 25th, 2012 in abode of the "Ruczaj" Culture Center in Krakow, within operating here the Traveler’s Club. Thanks to unusual ingeniousness of the guardian of the Club Miss Margaret Wojsik guests had the opportunity to taste dainties of alaskan fare i.e. smoked, oceanic salmon (absolutely not from the fish-culture) and cranberry. Among gathered audience there were mostly regular members of the Club interested in geography, wildlife and visiting remote recesses of our globe. This time even during the lecture many detailed questions appeared from inquiring guests' side. Although outside the building autumn colds became sensible over two-hour slideshow about Kenai passed in closed-circle and very pleasant atmosphere (photo 1-6). On October 17th, 2013 took place another slideshow about my expedition, this time entitled "Valley of the Yukon River – In the Interior of Alaska". Like previously Miss Margaret prepared for guests delicious snacks bound to Alaska, including a few versions of salmon and aromatic tea with cranberry. Guests were not numerous but instead of this their questions were countless, thanks to it the meeting was very interactive (photo 7-12). On May 28th, 2015 took place next slideshow, this time about one of my nature travels around Poland, entitled "The Biebrza River Valley. The last wild wetlands of Europe" (photo 13-18). On November 26th, 2015 took place slideshow entitled "Thassos. Emerald island of sunny Greece" (photo 19-24).
