Municipal Culture Center in Kutno
The slideshow entitled "The Kenai Peninsula – Alaska in miniature" was held on January 30th, 2014 in a small-audience terrace hall of the Municipal Culture Center in Kutno. There came 30 persons to the meeting, fascinated in travels to remote and barely known recesses of the Earth, including children, students, adults and even seniors. After the lecture there appeared questions from the invited guests' side, among which there was one person who also had visited Alaska. To my great surprise, instead of wildlife and beautiful landscapes, she remembered mostly yellow trains, which has treated as a symbol of "true Alaska". It seems to me that each one of us looks at this world in quite different way.
