Municipal Culture Center in Mikolow

The slideshow entitled "Kenai National Wildlife Refuge – Alaska in miniature" was held on December 6^th, 2012 in a monumental building of the Municipal Culture Center in Mikolow, within operating here the Traveler’s Gallery managed by Mrs. Barbara Bogdanowicz. To the evening meeting with Alaska there came about 30-40 people, mainly regular members of the Gallery interested in geography, travels, wildlife and visiting remote and barely known recesses of the world. Age range of gathered guests was huge because there were children with their parents, students, adults and seniors. After the slideshow there were questions from the guests’ side and however outside the windows a snow-storm was reveling the two-hour presentation of colorful photographs from Alaska occurred to be a perfect antidote to December’s darkness and bad weather On December 3^rd, 2015 took place slideshow entitled "Thassos Island. The emerald land in sunny Greece" (photo 7-12).
