Center of Culture & Sport in Skawina

The slideshow entitled "Kenai National Wildlife Refuge – Alaska in miniature" was held on December 7^th, 2012 in an abode of the Center of Culture & Sport in Skawina, situated in a monumental, small palace "Falcon". To the Friday evening with Alaska, which took place within cyclic travel meetings at the Skawina Academy of Knowledge and Skills managed by Mrs. Joanna Kurpiel, there came about 40-50 people. They were mostly regular frequenters of such travel meetings, fascinated in visiting different recesses of our globe, wildlife lovers and hot-heads of anecdotes from performed expeditions. This time first questions from the guests’ side appeared during the lecture and because the audience was very interactive everybody was in an excellent mood during the whole, over two-hour, slideshow. It appeared, that in spite of deep cold prevailing outside the building, summer photographs and stories from Alaska clearly warmed the atmosphere of this meeting and disposed its participants to positive emotions (photo 1-6). On April 26^th, 2013 in Skawina took place another slideshow about my expedition to Alaska, this time entitled "Koyukuk & Nowitna National Wildlife Refuges – In the Valley of Central Yukon River". Like previously the atmosphere of meeting was very nice, although because of nice weather and the beginning of weekend the attendance was not stunning (photo 7-12). On October 24^th, 2014 in Skawina took place slideshow about one of my nature travels around Poland, entitled "The Biebrza River Valley. The last wild wetlands of Europe" (photo 13-18). On November 27^th, 2015 took place slideshow entitled "Thassos. Emerald island of sunny Greece" (photo 19-24).
