The Suski Castle in Sucha Beskidzka

Official vernissage of the exhibition was held on April 11^th, 2011 in the Suski Castle which is a seat of the Municipal Cultural Center of Sucha Beskidzka town. The vernissage was organized as part of an opening ceremony of international scientific conference entitled "Building of bridges to the society – creating social acceptance of natural protected areas" organized by the Babia Gora National Park and the Consulate General of the United States in Cracow. The meeting was attended by about 50-100 persons, among whom there was Mr. Allen Greenberg, Consul General of the USA with his wife, mayor of Sucha Beskidzka, directors and employees of a dozen or so national parks, scientists and foresters. I had a one-hour lecture about Alaska and answered the questions of the guests. The photographs were presented in the exhibition hall where they could be seen until the end of June.
