Complex of Schools in Zakrzowek

The slideshow entitled "The Kenai Peninsula – Alaska in miniature" was held on March 17^th, 2014 in the Complex of Schools located in Zakrzowek. In the spectacle hall there gathered about 150-200 pupils and teachers from the nearby high schools. Similarly to the complex of schools in Wilkolaz, also here youth and teachers had been invited to an offbeat live lesson of geography and nature by Mr. Tomasz Kusnierz from the local Culture Center. The meeting started amusingly – during the least expected moment all microphones went off because of low batteries but despite these technical problems the slideshow aroused a big interest among young people. Ringing applause and a few personal thanks pointed out, that youth liked my stories and photographs from far Alaska.
