University of the Third Age in Minsk Mazowiecki
The slideshow entitled "The Kenai Peninsula – Alaska in miniature" was held on May 15th, 2014 in the cameral hall of the Dernalowicz Palace, in which there is the abode of the University of the Third Age in Minsk Mazowiecki. To the lecture about Alaska, combined with a presentation of photographs from the expedition, there came over 100 persons interested in stories about this travel and eager to acquire new knowledge of geography and wildlife conservation. Because of busy schedule of the UTA’s lectures this time there was no time for regular discussion after the presentation but still the atmosphere of the meeting was very pleasant and its organizing on the highest level (photo 1-6). On October 16th, 2014 in Minsk Mazowiecki took place another slideshow, this time about one of my nature travels around Poland, entitled "The Biebrza River Valley. The last wild wetlands of Europe" (photo 7-12). On November 27th, 2014 in Minsk Mazowiecki took place slideshow entitled "The Pieniny Mountains with the Dunajec River Gap. Mountains carved with wind and water" (photo 13-18).
