University of the Third Age in Steszew

The slideshow entitled "The Kenai Peninsula – Alaska in miniature" was held on March 20^th, 2014 in the session room of the City Hall in Steszew, within the University of the Third Age which operates under the hall’s patronage. To the lecture combined with a presentation of photographs from the expedition, there came 30-40 persons – mostly seniors interested in travels and topics of wildlife and geography. After the slideshow it occurred that among guests there was a retired traveler, who visited almost every part of the world except Alaska, and my lecture motivated him to organize a touristic trip to this beautiful land. It seems that everyone can make a profit for himself using someone else’s experience in his or her own way.
