University of the Third Age in Trzebinia

On November 23^rd, 2015 in a spectacle hall of the Culture Center in Trzebinia took place a slideshow entitled "The Last Frontier. Life expedition to Alaska". The meeting, bound with promotion of the book "National parks and wildlife refuges of Alaska", was a part of the series of lectures given at local University of the Third Age. There came 70-80 persons to the slideshow, who have been listening to my stories about Alaska with great interest. Once again it appeared to me, that this remote recess of the world causes quite a big curiosity among Poles (photo 1-6). On January 11^th, 2016 in Trzebinia took place the lecture entitled "The Pieniny Mountains with the Dunajec River Gap. Mountains carved with wind and water" (photo 7-12). On February 29^th, 2016 took place slideshow about the Bieszczady Mountains entitled "The Bieszczady Mountains. A land of mountain meadows and the Carpathian beech forest" (photo 13-18). On October 10^th, 2016 took place slideshow entitled "The Giant Mountains. Mythical land of the Spirit of Mountains" (photo 19-24). On February 17^th, 2020 took place a slideshow entitled "The Table Mountains. Mysterious world of the Rock Towns" (photo 25-30). On Ocober 12^th, 2020 took place a slideshow entitled "The Biebrza River Valley. The last wild wetlands of Europe" (photo 31-36).
