University of the Third Age in Zawiercie

The slideshow entitled "The Kenai Peninsula – Alaska in miniature" was held on November 25^th, 2014 in the abode of University of the Third Age in Zawiercie, operating under the wing’s of the Municipal Culture Center "Centrum". In spite of bad, autumn weather there came about 150 persons to the meeting, what indicates that lectures organized by the UTA are very popular among local seniors. Kenai Peninsula and Alaskan wildlife have made a big impression on students and although most of them probably will never visit this state personally their knowledge about Alaska has increased significantly.
